IMAX: Roving Mars

"An eye-popping documentary about NASA's Mars Rovers is about to hit IMAX screens, and it's directed by George Butler, most famous for introducing the world to Arnold Schwarznegger in Pumping Iron." - Wired News
This looks totally badass, and I can't wait to check it out. Roving Mars is slated for release January 27th, and will be shown in IMAX theaters only. Click here to find an IMAX theater close to you. Jump over to the films website and watch the trailer.

It should be out of this world...

ljn - About Kobe... INSANE! Just to put 81 point by one player into perspective... 58 times this year.. an NBA TEAM has failed to score more then 80 points...

... IMAX will definitely be awesome.

i've added every IMAX film made to our Netflix que...hard to believe there are almost 100 of them made...so at our rate, we're watching one every other week, so that's 26/yr, plus any new releases they come out with, I'll have them all under my belt by the time Pluto is discovered...

Kev - these kinds of space vehicles remind me of those toys we had growing up. Do you remember the one with the space shuttle that had the compartmetn that opened up and had the little probe looking thing that came out? That was the best!!

"Elves seldom give unguarded advice, for advice is a dangerous gift, even from the wise to the wise, and all courses may run ill. But what would you? You have not told me all concerning yourself; and how then shall I choose better than you?"

- J. R. R. Tolkien, "The Lord of the Rings"

[Gildor says this in response to Frodo saying ""Go not to the Elves for counsel, for they will say both no and yes."]

The way I see it, Cavs have 31 wins wheras the Celts have 32 losses. Eastern conference hopes down the drain?
