No thanks, I had a bad experience with some hot sauce from New Orleans and I have been scarred ever since........one drop burned my mouth for an hour.

I have been using hot sauce on sweet potatoes and then dipping into sour cream. YUM!! kinda like the appetizer you can get at the Friendly Toast.

I agree with you about putting hot sauce on sweet potatoes! I have a problem with putting hot sauce on everything...
I remember a time when having the hottest home made hot sauce really said something about your personality... but then again some of that stuff in the tupperware vaults was probably just plain poisonous...
